Everything you need for a smooth, cozy stay at Camp Wildgrove. Below you’ll find our house rules and answers to the questions guests ask most.   • • Maximum Occupancy — 10 Guests: 10 people max (including children); no extra guests/visitors without pre-approval ($250/person over-occupancy fee). County formula 4×2+2 = 10.

    • Quiet Hours: Sun–Thu 10:00 PM–8:00 AM; Fri–Sat 11:00 PM–8:00 AM. Exterior noise sensors may be in use; no interior cameras.

    • Parking & Trash: driveway/garage only, max 4 vehicles, 4WD recommended. Trash pickup Friday — bag it and latch it in the bear-proof bin at the bottom of the driveway; nothing left outside the bin (bear country).

    • Prohibited Conduct: no parties/events; no smoking anywhere ($2,500 indoor fee); no firearms/uncontained fires/fireworks; no tampering with detectors; pets by pre-approval only (max 2 dogs, no cats).

    • Utilities, Septic & Care: A/C not below 68°F; private septic — only human waste + TP down the toilet (no wipes, even “flushable”), keep grease/food out of drains.

    • Checking Out: lock up, lights/appliances off, thermostat COOL 76° (summer) / HEAT 65° (winter). Dishwasher appreciated but optional.

  • Standard check-in is in the afternoon and check-out is in the morning — see your booking confirmation for exact times. Need a slightly different time? Call or text us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • The front door has a Schlage Encode smart keypad lock. You’ll receive your personal door code with your check-in details before arrival. If the deadbolt sticks, gently push or pull the door to line it up with the strike, then turn.

  • Step-by-step instructions and safety tips are in your digital guidebook. There’s no lifeguard or attendant — use is at your own risk, and children must be supervised at all times.

  • Lock up, turn off lights and appliances, and set the thermostat to COOL at 76° (summer) or HEAT at 65° (fall/winter). Starting the dishwasher is appreciated but optional — our team handles the rest.
